Great list! Of course Zoe’s catsuit has to be up there along with Jamie’s kilt. One outfit that I would include on my list though would be Polly’s outfit in “The Underwater Menace,” the one she puts on to blend in with the natives. It’s so bizarre, but that’s why I love it. I’m actually trying to figure out a way to cosplay it.
