BBC.co.uk’s Entertainment News have revealed the BBC’s plan to celebrate Doctor Who’s 50th Anniversary in November: *Update 23:00pm- BBC removed the page very quickly just after I published this article, clearly they released information far too early as BBC Ones Official Twitter account this evening, said that they will be revealing the plans at midnight – oops*
The BBC has announced a raft of programmes to mark the 50th anniversary of the first episode of Doctor Who. A 75-minute special called The Day Of The Doctor will star the soon-to-leave Matt Smith and David Tennant. Smith said: “Hope you all enjoy. There’s lots more coming your way.”
