Whilst browsing through YouTube I came upon this marvellous Radio Times commercial. Can anyone enlighten me any further on it? Any ideas on what year it’s from?

The Doctor Who Mind Robber 
Never seen it, but it I guess it must come from the David Tennant era, unless they’re getting tricky with the ten Doctors line. Richard Hurndall? The TARDIS cover at the end is for the week ‘Rose’ was on. The Tennant Cassanova cover was from before then, I think. I still have that.
After listening to it a couple of times I caught the “10 Doctors” reference so it must have been in the Tennant era. It just seems a lot older.
It does have an older eighties feel to it, I agree, but… It’s in widescreen. Not sure when that came standard for our TV, but it’s definitely 21st century.
